Conference hall Europe, with 137 m2 of space and with a flexible structure, is equipped with appropriate technical equipment and is characterized as a pleasant and motivating working environment. Capacity of hall is approximately 150 seats, and seating arrangement can be adapted to client requirements.
It is separated from adjacent conference hall “Balkan” with thermo-acoustic movable wall, and by its removal you can obtain a large hall with up to 300 seats and with a simultaneous projection on two projection screens. This method of formation provides better visibility of video presentations and better communication between the speaker and the audience with superb acoustics.
Congress area is planned as a multifunctional space, fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern technological tools for organization of different business events:
- Audio-video projection systems (projectors, screens, sound, etc.)
- Presentation equipment (notebook, flip-charts, exhibition space, etc.)
- Internet connection (LAN and WLAN)
- Equipment for simultaneous translation (on request)
